We are facing a crisis of impotency in males–civilizational potency, that is.
But this lack of generative power is not a malady primarily of old males, but rather it ails young males in the most cruel ways. Yes, there are important environmental factors for which scientific sleuthing would be indubitably lead to a fruitful search. But let’s not look for splinters, when there are logs to be found. Our biggest crisis is one of integrated memory, imagination, thinking, emotion and will. In short, our material woes and afflictions are, at the root, actions manifested at the interface between the sensory and the motor phases of our experiential-executive loop.
